Frequently asked questions
End of tenancy price is comprehensive and includes everything described in the package. By “Main rooms” we refer to bedroom/s and living room. For additional information about the cleaning process, please look at our Check list in the footer menu.
Initial package includes End of tenancy cleaning services as described and according to our Check list. Price does not include additional bathroom/toilet, separate or extended dinning/living room, office rooms, study rooms..etc and extensions or loft conversions. Price also does not include cleaning of painted walls, heavy mould treatment and venetian blinds. All of the above are subject of negotiation and additional charge will apply.
Initial price is based on description and according to our Check list, any additional room or service can increase the price of the package. Once the final set of services is agreed, price is stated as final and no VAT is going to be added.
Windows are included in the package INSIDE ONLY, we do not offer external window cleaning or any external services, due to health and safety and insurances policies.
No, at this stage we do not require any deposit before hand to secure the booking. However, we rely on our customers professional approach and honesty to cancel any service in the specified in our Terms and conditions time frame.
