To be able to provide the best possible service we require minimum of two hours booking for the weekly cleaning and minimum of three hours for any other service.
We do not recommend using your own products. Our chemicals are tested and proven to deliver the optimum results for the minimum amount of time. Using our products we are saving you time and money.
Price is given per working hour, per cleaning operative. Price includes general cleaning services only. Special requests like oven cleaning, fridge freezer disinfection..etc. or deep cleaning are not included in this package All of the above are subject of negotiation and needs to be requested in advance. For each of the above additional charge apply.
We do not tide you with any contracts, so you can leave us at any point you like. The only think we may ask you is a feedback why you are leaving us and what we can improve in the future.
We are taking any effort to protect your house and belongings. However, accidents happen, to minimize them we require all valuable items to be secured or removed. In case of loss or damage we are fully insured and agree to recover you for any item over £100 his market price value.
