This is a steam cleaning process which is leaving the carpet slightly damp, but not wet. Drying usually takes 2-4 h based on the weather condition. However, if you request additional drying by air movers, this can speeds up the process of drying with 80-90%.

Most of the stains are removable and respond to treatments with the appropriate chemical. However, not all stains are treatable, in some cases, food, cosmetics or body fluids can dye the fibre permanently. In this case, the stain is irreversable and nobody can remove it!

It is not recommended to walk on the carpet for the first 30 min, however, if you need to use your carpet, we will provide you overshoes, to make sure you will maintain the clean condition and not wet your feet or socks.

If you spill something or you have an accident on your carpet, it is not recommended to clean the stain only. In result you will get one clean patch in the middle of the carpet which will not look very nice. We ALWAYS clean the whole area to make sure the carpet is equally clean everywhere. In terms of the cost, there is a minimum charge of £40.00 that apply to every job.

Price includes our general cleaning service which consist of inspection, hoovering, spot treatment, prespray and hot solution extraction, finished by grooming and deodorizing. Services like dry cleaning, sealing and fast drying are subject to negotiation and additional charge. The quote you are going to receive is final and no VAT is going to be added.
